We need a few volunteers for one-hour evening shifts in order to earn 10% of sales. Your family can dine, while you monitor the dining room!

Bands for Bell Committee Members
Love live music? Get involved with the coolest event at Bell. We are looking for people to help with any of the following:
- Actively market Bands for Bell to the school, community, and neighborhood, and help brainstorm new ways to get the word out
- Promote the 'dress like a rock star' day at school the day of the event
- Coordinate production of merchandise to sell (posters, stickers, t-shirts)
- Assist with event logistics (e.g. coordinating with bands, stocking green room, thank you gifts for bands)

2025 Gala Committee Members
Co-chairs Emily Tate and Michelle Sunder are looking for committee members! This is a GREAT way to get involved in the Bell School parent and caregiver community.
- Give feedback on program elements (e.g. timeline, sequence of events, speaker input, etc.)
- Solicit your favorite neighborhood businesses for auction and/or raffle items
- Brainstorm potential sponsors and/or outreach to potential sponsors
- Attend the event on April 11th - and assist with set-up or take-down, as needed

📍 Sarabande and in the neighborhood
Wish List Chair (looking for someone to learn the ropes and lead the initiative next year)
Lead the annual fundraiser directly tied to creating an engaging student experience at Bell.
- Work with administrators, teachers, and the LSC (Local School Council) to identify unique experiences for Bell students not covered by the budget (e.g. ASL instruction for all classrooms, buying books, STEAM Lab projects)
- Coordinate the creation of campaigns in our fundraising platform
- Promote the Wish List fundraiser to ensure goals are met
- Time commitment is 20 hrs over 3 months in late winter / early spring
Spring Community Event Chair (or co-chairs, sign up with a friend!)
Make a huge impact by starting a NEW tradition. It's okay if you don't have the idea in mind! Looking for an organized go-getter to:
- Lead brainstorming and decision-making on a TBD school-wide community event
- Recruit and manage a team to help plan and execute event
